Organisational Chart

Australian Food & Farming employs a flat management structure, designed to maximise agility and efficiency and minimise administrative and operating costs. The Board are extremely hands on and continue to devote considerable time to AFF. Operations are overseen by the AFF Group General Manager. Governance, strategy, stakeholder relations and corporate functions will be overseen by the Board. Farm and production managers report directly to the AFF Group General Manager on matters relating to their areas of responsibility.

AFF will design tailor-made telecom solutions to meet the needs of our customers, and this is why we are working with different leading Satellite fleets that assure the full coverage needed, with the most appropriate technology for each service.
